We collect only the information needed to deliver your product and process your order. For Hosted Access products, this includes your email address (to deliver your private access code), checkout details, and your IP address (for fraud prevention and basic session protection). For Optional Printable Add-Ons, we collect the same minimum data needed to deliver the file.
We use your email to deliver your access code or printable file. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to third parties. Marketing emails are only sent if you opt in (for example, by signing up for hosted game drops on our homepage).
The main product is the Hosted Access bridal game app, Bow & Brunch Play. Hosted Access unlocks a private browser-based game room using a code. Optional Printable Add-Ons are delivered as digital PDF files. No physical goods are shipped, and no payment card data is stored on our servers.
We use minimal functional cookies to keep your shopping cart session active and to remember your hosted game setup between visits. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Our site uses Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery, and Supabase for hosted game state. Each service has its own privacy policy. Optional Printable Add-Ons may also be available on Etsy.
You may request deletion of your personal data by emailing bowandbrunch@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
